clients_rights1. You enjoy the right to be treated with comity and respect by your lawyer, other lawyers and the staff in your attorney’s office all the time.
2. You enjoy the right to have a lawyer capable of pleading your case competently and assiduously according to the highest professional standards. If you are not satisfied with the pleading of your case, you are entitled to withdraw from the lawyer-client relationships whenever you want. In some cases a court approval is needed and your attorney may claim against you to receive money for rendered services.
3. You enjoy the right to have your attorney’s impartial professional judgment and undivided faithfulness even despite the conflict of interests.
4. You enjoy the right to be charged a salable fee and to have your attorney clarify how the fee is calculated at the very beginning of cooperation. You have the right to ask for and receive a written listed bill from your lawyer at some intervals. You are entitled to reject any fee arrangements that you regard as unacceptable. In case of a fee conflict, you may turn to arbitration; your lawyer is obliged to provide you with the essential information concerning arbitration in case of a fee conflict or by your request.
5. You enjoy the right to have your questions and anxieties addressed in an appropriate manner and to have your phone calls answered on time. 
6. You enjoy the right to be reported about the status of your case and to ask for and get the copies of all papers.
7. You enjoy the right to ample information to let you significantly take part in the development of your case.
8. You enjoy the right to have your legal purposes respected by your lawyer, despite your case was settled or not (court approval of a settlement is necessary in some cases).
9. You enjoy the right to confidentiality in your matters with your attorney and to have your coverts and assurances kept till the law permitted.
10. You enjoy the right to have your lawyer behave ethically and politely according with the Code of Professional Responsibility.
11. You enjoy the right not to be rejected on the basis of race, religion, creed, age, sex, color, national origin, sexual orientation or disability.
